曼恩斯特全陶瓷模頭由全陶瓷材料上下模、墊片、調(diào)節(jié)組件、合模螺絲螺母等組成。全陶瓷模頭設(shè)計(jì)意味著能夠在涂布工序中，能夠完全杜絕金屬異物混入對(duì)電池的影響。
具體來看，全陶瓷模頭具有六大特點(diǎn)：
